1. Day: Tatabanya - Belgrade
Reception of the Serbian tourguide at the border and second part of the journey in direction of the capital of Serbia. D/O/B H.Putnik 3*
2. Day: Belgrade - Nis
In the morning city tour in Belgrade with visit at the fortress Kalemegdan with its military musem which accommodates souveniers from both Balkan wars and world wars and the Turkish bath (Amam) from the 18th century, as well as also the big cathedral. Also we'll visit the castle of the monarch Ljubika, the national museum, the parliament, the church of Skt. Sava and the Terezijen-place. 3. Day: Nis - Sofia
Farewell of the Serbian tourguide at the border and drive to Bulgaria. Reception of the Bulgarian tourguide and trip to the fortress of Belogradtschik. This rises above the city. It was created by the Romans, but was later dedveloped by the Byzantins and Bulgarians. In the afternoon drive trought the valley of the Iskar-river in direction of the capital of Bulgaria. City tour in Sofia with visit at the Alexander Newski cathedral, the Skt. Sofia church, the Russian Skt. 4. Day: Sofia - Plovdiv
Eventualy continuation of the city tour of Sofia. Afterwards departure to the Rila-monastery. Visit of the orthodox monastery, the most famous from all Bulgaria. Afterwards trip to Plovdiv. City tour in Plovdiv with visit, in the old city, at the ethnographical museum, the Roman amphitheater, as well as the excavations from the time of the Thracians. 5. Day: Plovdiv - Gabrovo
In the morning drive trough the thrakian plain to Kazamlak and visit of the thrakian tomb which has famous mural paintings. Afterwards drive to Schipka and visit of the Russian church. Afterwards drive trough the Schipka-valley to the open-air museum of Etara, near the city of Gabrovo lain. During the visit we can watch the gravediggers, the juwelry-makers or the knife-makers at their work. Afterwards transfer to the hotel. D/O/B H.Balkan 3*
6. Day: Gabrovo - Pleven
In the morning drive to Tarnovo. City tour in Tarnovo with visit of the Citadelle of Zarevez. Afterwards drive to the village museum of Arbanssi. Walk in the village with visit of the old houses, as well as the orthodox church from the village. In the afternoon drive to Pleven. Short stop in Lovetsch to see the old bridge. D/O/B H.Balkan 3*
7. Day: Pleven - Vidin-Turnu Severin
In the morning punctual departure and drive trough the Danube plain to border atr Vidin. From here with the ferry over the Danube to Calafat. Reception of the Rumanian tourguide and drive to Turnu Severin. D/O/B H.Continental 3*
8. Day: Turnu Severin - Timisoara
In the mornings city tour in Turnu Severin with visit at the museum of the Iron Gates. Here one can still see the remains of the old bridge over the Danube. This was built by the Romans between 103-105 n. Chr. Afterwards trip to Herculane, one of the oldest spa from whole Europe. Visit of the museum, the old city, as well as the Roman Baths. 9. Day: Timisoara - Tatabanya
In the morning drive to Arad. Short city walk with visit of the Roman Catholic church. Afterwards drive to the border at Nadlag. Farewell of the Rumanian tourguide and drive to Hungary.
