If it is in the legends about count Dracula or in the real big acts of the national heroes, Romania has an exciting past. All of this history becomes alive if you will visit in Transilvania the fortresses and castles which have glamorous towers and the wooden churches, if you will discover the treasures of the monasteries and churches of the Carpathian mountains, or just if you’ll visit the capital, Bucharest. But, first of all, the name “Romania” says that Rome influenced the development of the country and left to us a warmhearted Latin successor.
1st Day Journey Cluj Napoca
Legendary Transilvania
Already on the border to Romania, by Bors/ Oradea, the English-speaking guide expects for the group and will accompany it on the trip trough Romania. Passing trough the “Crisul Repede” valley, the road shows the way to Cluj Napoca, which has a great importance because of gold and silver finding, since the 12th century.
2nd Day Cluj Napoca - Sighisoara
In the Midlle Ages
Visit at the gothic St. Michael cathedral and in front of it the statue of the Hungarian king Matthias Corvinus, as well as the medieval fortifications during the city tour. Afterwards drive to Sighisoara, one of the best preserved medieval towns of Europe, in order to visit the birthplace of Vlad Tepes –better known in history as the legendary count Dracula!
Day 3. Sighisoara - Brasov
Cultural monument of the Unesco
The most beautiful fortified church of Romania stands in Biertan, a typical farming village in Transilvania. It is listed as an Unesco- cultural monument. Today’s objective is Brasov, one of the most interesting cities of Romania. In here, can admire the old Saxon architecture all around the Black church, the ruins of the citadel and the old city hall dating from 15th century.
4th Day Brasov - Bucharest
On the traces of Dracula
A popular excursion from Brasov leads to the Bran castle, supposed home of the monarch Vlad Tepes whose character served as a model for “Dracula”. Do not miss also the Peles castle in Sinaia, which was built in the style of the German Hohenzollern castles. And the capital, Bucharest will be in the afternoon the start of the first visits according to the program.
5th Day Bucharest - Ramnicu Valcea
Bucharest, “Paris of the east”

7th Day Sibiu – Arad

Alba Iulia makes clear the exciting history of Romania to us. To the Dacian- Roman settlement joined orthodox churches and Roman Catholic cathedrals with graves of Transylvania’s monarchs.
