2nd Day Su Arad - Sibiu
In the morning trip east through the Mures valley. First stop in Alba Iulia to visit the Catholic cathedral. At the same time one can also see the fort that was constructed by Eugen of Savoy. In the afternoon city tour in Sibiu with viewing of the large and the small ring, the Bridge of Lies, as well as the evangelic church (headquarter of the Romanian bishops). Day 3. Mo Church castles
In the morning trip north into the Tarnava valley. First stop in Axente Sever to visit the Saxon church castle. Afterwards one will see the Margareth church from Medias. Here one can see the largest altar in Romania. Afterwards trip to Sighisoara. City tour in the old town of Sighisoara, where one can see the clock tower, the house where Dracula was born and the Mountain Church. In the afternoon stop in Biertan to see the largest church castle in Romania. Here was the quarters of the Protestant bishops until the end of the 19th century. In the evening one will visit the Glass icons museum from Sibiel. Supper at the home of the mountain farmers. O/B H. Continental 3*
4th Day Tu SIBIU - PREDEAL
In the morning trip to the castle Bran, also known as the Dracula castle. Afterwards city tour in Brasov with visiting of the Black church (the largest gothic sacral building in Eastern Europe), the old town, as well as the Orthodox Church. In the afternoon one can visit the church castles of Prejmer and Harman. These have defended Brasov along the centuries from the robber incursions of the Turks. D/O/B H. Orizont 3*
5th Day We PREDEAL – BUCHAREST - TULCEA
In the morning trip south to the capital of Romania. City tour in Bucharest with viewing of the Palace of the Parliament (second largest building in the world after the Pentagon), the Patriarch Church (quarters of the orthodox leader in Romania), as well as the Village Museum. In the afternoon trip to Tulcea. D/O/B H. Delta 3*
6th Day. Th Danube Delta
Day trip into the Danube Delta. Trip by ship on the main canal Sulina until the canall of the Mile 36 and from here through the old Danube to the Fortune lake and then to Nebunu Lake. Lunch on board. In the afternoon back to Tulcea. D/O/B H. Delta 3*
7th Day Fr TULCEA - PIATRA NEAMT
In the morning trip through Dobrogea and afterwards by ferry boat to Braila. In the afternoon trip through the southern part of Moldavia until after Piatra Neamt. City tour in Piatra Neamt with viewing of the St. Johannes church that was established by the sovereign Stefan the Great. D/O/B H. Central 3*
8th Day Sa PIATRA NEAMT - CAMPULUNG MOLDOVENESC
In the morning viewing of the monasteries of Agapia and Varatec. These are some of the largest in Europe with more than 1000 nuns and apprentices each. Afterwards one will visit the "Sixtine Chapel" of Romania, the monastery of Voronet. Here one can see a beautiful representation of the “Last Dinner”. In the afternoon viewing of the monastery Moldovita. This is known in the entire world because of its exterior wall paintings. In the evening festive meal and folklore program in the H. 9th Day Su CAMPULUNG MOLDOVENESC - SATU MARE
In the morning trip over the Prislop -pass into the Maramures region. Viewing of the wood churches from the Iza -valley that are very similar to the Norwegian rod churches. In the afternoon short stop at the "Cheerful cemetery" from Sapanta. Here one can read a cheerful poem over the deceased on each gravestone. In the evening arrival in Satu Mare. D/O/B H. 10th Day Mo SATU MARE - VIENNA
In the morning trip to the border in Bors. Fare well from the Romanian guide and trip further towards the capital of Austria.
