1st Day Budapest - Deva
The trip goes across Hungary and afterwards to the border cross Nadlag where the Romanian guide will expect the group. After the short passport formalities, one will right away drive further, across Arad, to Deva D/O/B Hotel Deva
2nd Day Deva - Ramnicu Vilcea
In the morning, one will visit the Saxon church from Sebes and afterwards the villages where the people from the salt region in Austria were established, during the Reform. In Sibiel, one can also visit the glass icons museum, which is the most important in the whole of Romania. In the afternoon one will be in Sibiu to visit the old town. The city was the capital of Transylvania during the Habsburgs. In the evening, one will drive through the Red tower pass up to Ramnicu-Vilcea D/O/B Hotel Oltul
Day 3. Ramnicu Vilcea - Tulcea
In the morning one will drive to Bucharest, the capital of Romania. The city tour in Bucharest has the village museum, the patriarch church and the palace of the parliament as sights in the program. In the afternoon one will drive to Tulcea. D/O/B Hotel Egreta
4th Day The Danube Delta
Today one will have a day trip to the Danube -Delta. In the morning, one will be sailing across the Sulina canal up to Crisan and from there, back through the old Danube. Only in the old Danube one can admire the bird paradise of the Delta. The Fortune Lake with its Pelican reservation as well as the numerous bird types that one can see in the narrow canals can be a unique experience. Lunch on board the ship is included today. 5th Day Tulcea - Suceava
During the morning one will drive with the ferry boat over the Danube in order to arrive to Galati. From here on, one will drive north, across the entire Moldavia. During the afternoon one will visit the monasteries Agapia and Varatec which are the largest nun monasteries in Europe. Each of them accounts for more than 1000 nuns and sisters. D/O/B Hotel Suceava
6th Day Suceava - Satu Mare
In the morning one will visit the monasteries Humor and Voronet which are worldwide renowned because of their exterior wall painting. At noon, one will again cross the Carpathian Mountains and drive into the county of Maramures where traditions are still strongly preserved. In the afternoon one can visit here the rod church of Bogdan - Voda and afterwards the "Cheerful cemetery" from Sapinta. A/N/F in the hotel Dacia. D/O/B Hotel Dacia
7th Day Satu Mare - Budapest
In the morning the trip goes across the north-western part of Romania to Oradea, where one will be able to recognize the youth style in the architecture. From here on, over the border at Bors and further to Hungary and then to the homeland.
