1. Day: Tatabanya - Satu Mare
Arrival at the Romanian border by Petea, meeting the Romanian guide and transfer to the hotel in Satu Mare. H.Dacia 3*
2. Day: Satu Mare - Campulung
The first visit one will have in Sapanta, in the county of Maramures. Here one will see a unique cemetery. Afterwards, drive along the Iza River and visit of the wooden churches from Barsana, Rozavlea and Bogdan Voda, belonging to the UNESCO patrimony. Afterwards, drive over the Eastern Carpathians, in the northern part of Moldavia, the so called country of Bucovina. Here one will visit the nunnery Moldovita, well known for its Byzantine frescos. 3. Day: Campulung - Moldavian nunneries - Piatra Neamt
After the breakfast, one will visit the nunneries Humor and Voronet. The out wall paintings show us scenes from the Bibel. After these visits, driver towards South. Visit at the nunnery Agapia, one of the largest nunneries from Eastern Europe. D/O/B H.Central 3*
4. Day: Piatra Neamt - Brasov
In the morning, drive through the Bicaz gorge and along the "Red Lake" to Sighisoara. City tour in Sighisoara. Afterwards, drive to Biertan and visit of one of the largest Saxon fortified church from Transylvania. In the afternoon, one will reach Brasov. City tour in one of the most important cities from Transylvania. Festive dinner with wine tasting and folklore in the R."Cerbul Carpatin". O/B H.Capitol 3*
5. Day: Brasov - Bucharest
Today one will drive along the Prahova River towards South. In Sinaia one will visit the former summer residence of the Romanian Kings, the Peles Castle. Afterwards, drive further to Bucharest, also known as "Paris of Eastern Europe". During a city tour, one will see the most important buildings from Bucharest. D/O/B H.Central 3*
6. Day: Bucharest - Sibiu
After the breakfast, drive further towards West. First visit at the nunnery Horezu, built in the 17th century. Afterwards drive along the Olt River back to Transylvania. On the way, one will make a short stop in order to visit the monastery Cozia, one of the oldest from Romania. City tour in Sibiu, visiting the old town. Typical Romanian dinner in the village Sibiel, at the peasant's homes. O/B H.Continental 3*.
7. Day: Sibiu - Timisoara
In the morning, drive to Sebes and visit of the Evangelical church. Afterwards, drive to Sarmisegetusa - Regia, the antique metropolis of the Roman province Dacia-Felix. Afterwards, drive further to Timisoara. Short city tour. D/O/B H.Continental 4*
8. Day: Timisoara - Tatabanya
After the breakfast, drive to Cenad, to the border with Hungary, farewell from the Romanian guide and drive through Hungary.
