5 Day Bus trip

1st Day Tatabanya - Arad
Arrival at the romanian border Nadlag. We’ll be expected by the romanian guide and we’ll drive to the city of Arad. D/O/B H.Parc3*

2nd Day Arad – Turnu Severin
In the morning we drive to Timisoara. City tour of Timisoara with visit of the Metropolitan Cathedral and the opera place, where the revolution in December 1989 began. After that we drive through the South Carpathian Mountains to Herculane (Hercules Bath). We make a city tour of Herculane and we visit the Roman baths and the old town. In the afternoon we make a trip with the ship on the Danube to the cataracts of the Iron Gates. D/O/B H. Continental 3*

Day 3. Turnu Severin - Sibiu
Morning trip through the northern part of Valachia. Here we will see the orthodox monasteries of Tismana and Horezu. These were constructed in the typical Romanian Brincoveanu style. Short stop in the afternoon at the monastery of Cozia (14.Jh.). Then we continue our trip through the Red Tower Pass into Transylvania. City tour of Sibiu, with the visiting of the large and the little ring, the Bridge of Lies and also the Bruckental Palace. In the evening, festive meal in the R. "Sibiul Vechi". O/B H. 4rd Day Sibiu - Cluj Napoca
In the morning we drive to the north. We make a short stop in Axente Sever to visit the Saxon church castle. After that, city tour in Medias. We’ll visit the Margareth Church, where we can see one of the largest shrines from Romania. In the afternoon we’ll see the church castle from Biertan. This is one of the largest church castle from Transylvania. Here was also the residence of the Protestant bishops until the end of the 19th century. Finally we drive to Sighisoara. Here we can visit the clock tower of the old city, the house where Dracula was born and we can also visit the mountain church. After that we drive over to Tirgu-Mures and after that to Cluj. D/O/B H. 5th Day Cluj Napoca - Tatabanya
In the morning we'll make a city tour of Cluj and we visit the St. Michaels Church and the statue of the King Mathias Corvinus. After that we drive over to the West Carpathian Mountains, to Oradea and to the romanian border in Bors. We say goodbye to the guide and continue our trip through Hungary. In the afternoon we will make a city tour of Budapest and we will visit the St. Stephans Cathedral and the Fishermen-Bastion. D/O/B H. Arpad 3*
