1. Day: thu home - Cluj Napoca
Arrival at the airport of Cluj Napoca. Meeting with the Rumanian guide and transfer to the hotel. D/O/B H.Victoria 3*

2. Day: Fri Cluj Napoca - Sighetul Marmatiei
In the morning city walk in Cluj Napoca with visit at the Skt. Michael's cathedral and the statue of Mathias Corvinus, one of the greatest Hungarian Kings. Afterwards drive north. Short stop in Surdesti to visit the wood church with the highest tower from Romania. In the afternoon visit at the "cheerful cemetery" from Sapinta. Here we can read on every gravestone a funny poem about the dead. D/O/B H.Mia 3*

3. Day: Sat Sighetul Marmatiei - Cimpulung Moldovenesc
In the morning we drive to Viseul de Sus. From here with the forest train up to the Water Valley. The unique experience with this hundred-year-old forest train driving trough this wild region, will remain for a long time in our memory. At noon festive lunch in the top of the mountains. In the afternoon return trip to Viseul de Sus. From now then by bus trough the Prislop-pass to Cimpulung Moldovenesc. D/O/B H.Zimbrul 3*

4. Day: So monasteries round trip
In the morning we drive to the monastery Moldovita, one of the monasteries that is worldwide known for its exteriour wall paintings. Nun Tatjana will present us the symbols of Orthodoxism. After that, we drive over the Obcina Mountain, to the monastery Sucevita. We can see here also scenes from the Bible on the exteriour wall paintings, as well as from the history of the romanian people. In the afternoon, visit of the "Capella Sixtina” of Romania, the monastery Voronet. We can admire here a beautiful representation of the "Last Judgement". D/O/B H.Zimbru 3*

5. Day: Mo Cimpulung Moldovenesc - Tirgu Mures
In the mornings drive trough the Tihuta-pass back to Transylvania. Short stop in Bistrita with visit at the Evangelical cathedral where the guild flags from the Middle Ages are kept. In the afternoon arrival in Tirgu Mures. City walk in Tirgu Mures with visit at the culture palace, the old castle, as well as at the orthodox cathedral from the old part of the city. 6th day: tue Tirgu Mures - Sibiu
In the mornings drive south. The first stop will be in Sighisoara. Here we can see the clock tower, the birthplace of count Dracula, as well as the mountain church. Afterwards short stop at the biggest fortified church from Transylvania. The fortified church from Biertan was the residence of the Evangelical Bishops from Transylvania untill the end of the 19th century. In the afternoon visit at the Margarethian church from Medias. Here we can see the biggest winged altar-piece from Romania. In the evening wine tasting and festive dinner in the R. "Butoiul de Aur" from Sibiu. O/B H.Continental 3*

7. Day: wed Sibiu - Cluj Napoca
In the morning city walk in Sibiu. Here we can see the big and small ring, as well as the Bridge of Lies. Afterwards visit at the Bruckenthal-museum. After that drive to Sibiel to visit the glass icon museum. In the afternoon city tour in Alba Iulia. Here we visit the Roman Catholic cathedral (residence of the Bishop), as well as the old fortress, which was built by Eugen von Savoyen. D/O/B H.Victoria 3*

8. Day: thu Cluj Napoca - home
In the morning transfer to the airport in Cluj Napoca. Farewell of the Romanian guide and flight home.
