POSITION:
The health resort lies on the Black Sea coast, between the sea and the Mamaia-lake, 5 km north of Constanta.

CLIMATE:
Seacoast climate. Average year temperature about 11°C (in July about 22°C and in January possibly - 0,3°C). In summer, high sunshine duration (10-12 hours per day) and low fog frequency (approximately 30% monthly), in winter 50 to 70% / month. The annual precipitation amount is approximately 380 mm/s. During the hot summer months, the sea breeze brings refreshment.
