1. Day: home - Bucharest - Rousse
Arrival at the airport Bucharest - Otopeni, meeting with the romanian guide and trip further in direction south. Arrival at the border in Giurgiu, farewell from the romanian guide and trip further to Bulgaria. Meeting with the Bulgarian guide and transfer to the hotel. D/O/B H.Riga 3*

2. Day: Rousse - Plovdiv
In the morning, short city tour in Rousse, which is also known as "little Vienna". Afterwards trip to Veliko Tarnovo, the capital of the second Bulgarian empire. In the old district, on the Carevec-hill, one can se the ruins of the czar's palace (13-14. Century). Afterwards trip through the Schipka-pas in the thrak lowland. Short stop in Schipka with visit of the Russian church. Afterwards, the thrakische tomb with the famous mural paintings is seen in Kazamlak. In the afternoon, city tour in the old town in Plovdiv, with visiting of the Roman Amphiteathers and the excavations from the Thrak ancient times. In the evening, festive dinner with folclore program in a typical Bulgarian restaurant. D/O/B H.Bulgaria 3*

3. Day: Plovdiv - Montana
In the morning, trip to the capital of Bulgaria. City tour in Sofia with visit of the Roman founds, the Russian Skt. Nicholas Church, the Skt. Sofia Church, as well as the Alexander Newski cathedral. Afterwards trip to the Rila monastery, the most beautiful monastery in Bulgaria, with decorated domes and coloured deck paintings. Afterwards trip through the delightful valley of the Iskar river, to Montana. D/O/B H.Montana 3*

4. Day: Montana - Turnu Severin
In the morning trip to Vidin. Short stop in Belogradtschik. Here one can visit the old fortress. This was already established by the Roman and was developed by the Bysantins and Bulgarian. Afterwards trip to border to Vidin. Farewell from the Bulgarian guide and trip further with the ferry over the Danube to Calafat. Arrival in the afternoon in Romania by Calafat, meeting with the romanian guide and trip further through the romanian plain to Turnu Severin. D/O/B H.Parc-Continental 3*

5. Day: Turnu Severin - Sibiu
In the morning, short visit of the museum of the Iron Gate. Here one still can see the remnants of the Roman bridge over the Danube, which was built by Apolodor of Damascus during the years 102-103 n. Chr. Afterwards, trip over Targu Jiu to visit the monasteries of the Valachia, from Tismana and Horezu. Afterwards we'll visit the monastery Cozia (14th century). This is une of oldest from Romania and was built by the monarch Mircea to the Old. In the evening, visit of the glass icon museum from Sibiel. Afterwards merry dinner at home farmers. 6. Day: Sibiu - Predeal
In the morning city tour in Sibiu. We'll visit the large and the small rings, the Bridge of the Lies, as well as the evangelic church (residence of the bishops in Romania). Afterwards trip to Medias to visit the Margareth church. Here one can see the largest winged altar in Romania. Afterwards we'll visit the largest church castle in Transylvania. This is in Biertan and was the residence of the evangelic bishops in Transylvania until the end of the 19th century. In the afternoon we'll visit the old town in Sighisoara. This is also known as Rothenburg of Romania. Here one can see the Clock Tower, the birthplace of the count Dracula, as well as the Church from the Hill. Afterwards trip to Predeal. 7. Day: Predeal
In the morning, trip to Sinaia to visit the monastery (17th century), which was built by monks from the Sinai-peninsula. Then one can also see the Peles-castle. This was the summer residence of the Rumanian royal family of the Hohenzollern. Afterwards trip to Bran. Visit of the castle (13th century), which is also known as the Dracula castle. Afterwards trip to Brasov. City tour in Brasov with the visit of the Black Church (the largest Gothic sacral building in Eastern Europe), the old town hall, as well as the orthodox church from the old town. In the evening, festive dinner with folclore music in the R "Cabana trei brazi". O/B H.Orizont 3*

8. Day: Predeal - Bucharest - home

In the morning, trip to the capital of Romania. City tour in Bucharest with visiting the Palace of the Parliament (second largest building in the world after the Pentagon), the Patriarchal Church (residence of the orthodox head in Romania), as well as the Village Museum. Transfer to the airport, farewell from the romanian guide and flight home.
