Sejururi in Salonic, Grecia
Salonic este al doilea oras ca marime, capitala Macedoniei si a Greciei de Nord, acest oras a fost taramul lui Alexandru cel Mare, numit dupa sora acestuia, Thessaloniki, atunci cand a fost fondat in 316 i.H. Orasul este marginit de coline, fiind asezat cu fata catre Golful Thermaikos. In ciuda faptului ca este unul dintre cele mai vechi orase din Europa, astazi Salonic este modern si plin de viata, mai atractiv decat Atena, cu sosele late, parcuri si piete frumoase.
In 1917 orasul a fost distrus de un incendiu masiv, si a fost reconstruit dupa aceea. Din cauza zonei predispuse la cutremure, pe care este ridicat, Salonic are cladiri joase, lucru care ii ofera un farmec aparte. Principalele piete ale orasului sunt: Platia Elefterias si Platia Aristotelous, ambele asezate in apropierea marii si animate de multitudinea de cafenele si restaurante.
