- Asigurarea storno (optionala) se poate incheia doar in aceeasi zi cu contractul de prestari servicii.

- Diferenta de 80% se achita cu pana la 30 de zile inainte de data inceperii excursiei.

Conditii de anulare:
- 20% penalizare pentru anularea cu mai mult de 30 de zile inainte de plecare;
- 100% penalizare pentru anularea cu 29 – 0 zile inainte de plecare sau no-show.
